The
Buena Park Library District is co-sponsoring a
free “fiscal fitness” seminar with the
Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), a California non-profit that provides financial education through seminars and workshops. The seminar is entitled
"First Time Home Buyers / Refinancing 2005", and will be held on
Saturday, August 13, 2005, from
12 Noon until 1:00 p.m. in the Buena Park Library’s 2nd floor Board Room, located at
7150 La Palma Avenue, Buena Park, California.
Topics to be covered during the program include:
- First time buyer’s money-saving secrets.
- How to finance a home in today’s market.
- Eight (8) tips every home buyer must know.
- Nine (9) deadly sins to avoid when buying a home.
- How to invest in today’s real estate market.

This program is
