Ring in the New Year with the 99 Cent Sale in the Volunteer Guild Bookstore of the Buena Park Library

To welcome you back after closing for the holidays, the Volunteer Guild Bookstore, located on the 2nd floor of the Buena Park Library will have EVERYTHING ON SALE FOR 99 CENTS or less beginning Tuesday, January 4 through Saturday, January 8, 2011. You can apply the discount to EVERYTHING in the store. This includes the large selection of books, audio books, music CDs and much more! Come early for the best selection! Cash will be the only accepted method of payment.

The Guild Bookstore is on the 2nd floor of the Library, located at 7150 La Palma Avenue (between Knott and Western Avenues). The Bookstore hours are:

• Tuesday thru Wednesday from noon to 6 PM
• Thursdays from noon to 7:30 PM
• Fridays from Noon to 3 PM
• Saturdays from noon to 4:30 PM

Buena Park Library -- Holiday Closures

The Buena Park Library will be closed:
Friday, December 24, 2010 through Monday, December 27, 2010 for the Christmas Holiday
AND
Friday, December 31, 2010 through Monday January 3, 2011 for the New Years Holiday.

Celebrate the Holidays with a Movie at The Buena Park Library

Enjoy Movie Time at the Library to celebrate the holidays. Showtime is on Saturday, December 18, 2010 from 2:30 to 4:00 pm.

Bring the whole family and take a break from shopping, baking, or whatever else is keeping you busy this holiday season and enjoy a wonderful movie filled with humor and warmth. This movie is a nostalgic and witty remembrance of a time gone by.

Due to our licensing agreement, we cannot disclose the title of the film here; but if you want to see the famous leg lamp and hear dialog such as: "I want an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle!" and "No, you'll shoot your eye out" --- join us on Saturday!!

The movie is rated PG (please call the Library at 714-826-4100 x125 for the title of the movie--if you haven't guessed already from the above clues). Bring your favorite snack and join us for this entertaining movie.
